"Metamorphosis" is a colour pencil rendering of Luna moths, which had received their name due to their bright wings which resembled the moon at night, glowing in the night. Luna moths often represent the rebirth of the soul, and were chosen as the subject matter to represent the importance of the night to the human soul.
