Family Night

"Family Night" is a watercolour piece I made in an attempt to seamlessly create one scene despite depicting multiple differing locations from my home space. Through the work, I wanted to express the quietness of the night in my home, where everyone is focused on their own task. The title "Family Night" was chosen to provide a contrast that while typical family nights are often filled with games and laughter in order to bond, the bond in my family is seen through the understanding towards each other without any words needing to be said.
